Many times youth and their families have complicated multi-dimensional needs that cross agency boundaries. For that reason, the need to provide individualized, comprehensive services that meet their strengths and needs across home, school and community is great. The ultimate goal in Wraparound is for the child to live an independent, fulfilling, law-abiding and constructive life in the community with minimal special supports. In the provision of Wraparound Services, Southwest Key takes a collaborative, team-based approach to service delivery and family support planning. As such, Southwest Key coordinates agency, division, family, and community efforts to most appropriately serve the multiple and unique needs of children and their families.
